At the same time, they haven't contacted us either. It's scary knowing that you can't turn back time once it happens, so we just keep pushing it off.Strawberryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00800336069786992859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5228627609350666642.post-64291193200498129862011-03-06T15:49:38.893-05:002011-03-06T15:49:38.893-05:00PS - No pressure and no offense if you don't b...PS - No pressure and no offense if you don't but feel free to FB me if you like :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5228627609350666642.post-2095088723747176552011-03-06T15:47:53.118-05:002011-03-06T15:47:53.118-05:00Honestly, I cannot bring myself to register or con...Honestly, I cannot bring myself to register or contact any of the siblings. I have snooped around in the support group of the cryobank. I know there are a lot of kids from this donor, even some twins, most from 2 mom families, but I just don't want to open that can of worms and I don't know why.

I understand your insecurity but Gayby, you are wonderful, smart witty and funny as hell. You will be a great addition to the lives of these people and no doubt your kids will be just as amazing as you and appreciated just as much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5228627609350666642.post-50766693506491202752011-03-06T15:46:19.033-05:002011-03-06T15:46:19.033-05:00Honestly, I cannot bring myself to register or con...Honestly, I cannot bring myself to register or contact any of the siblings. Some of them are also on my FB. Other than that we don't communicate with them much. For us, we don't plan to meet any half-siblings until our kids tell us they want to. We made the connection so we'd have the information and know the families a bit if they ever want to meet them. I don't have an age limit on this. My oldest son is 4 and if he was interested in meeting them now, I would be fine with that. (Right now he doesn't really understand about the half-siblings.)

Our experience in communicating with them has been very positive. Everyone was happy to hear about us and welcoming even though several of them had been in contact for quite some time before we found them.Shannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03518325345447825732noreply@blogger.com
